REFUND OF SCHOLARSHIP GRANT

You shall refund the total financial assistance you received as a scholar for any of the following causes:

    a. Willful abandonment of the scholarship

    b. Non-pursuance of the S&T priority course

    c. Breach of contract

    d. Gross misconduct

    e. Renunciation of Filipino citizenship (for those with dual citizenship)

    f. Failure to render service in the country as stipulated in Sections IX and of the Scholarship
       Agreement

Refund shall be computed with 12% interest.
