DEFERMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP

1. You may be allowed to defer your scholarship slot for a maximum period of one (1) academic year. You and your parent must sign the Deferment Form.


2. Effectivity of this scholarship award and release of financial assistance shall commence only upon signing of the Scholarship Agreement and compliance of the grade requirement/submission of required documents.


3. If you fail to enroll in a DOST-SEI priority course/identified school after a year, you automatically forfeit your scholarship slot.
